ARVIN BROWN (Director) currently works as a television director. He was artistic director of Connecticut's Long Wharf Theatre for 30 years. He served as board president of TCG (Theatre Communications Group) from 1972 to 1977. He studied at Stanford, Harvard, the University of Bristol (England), and at the Yale School of Drama. Brown has directed both classics and new works, as well as the American premieres of foreign plays. On Broadway he has directed revivals of A View from the Bridge (1983), Joe Egg (1984), All My Sons (1987), Ah, Wilderness! (1988), and Private Lives (1992)
