John Bishop
JOHN BISHOP wrote the 1977 Broadway play The Trip Back Down, wrote and directed The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 on Broadway in 1987. Other theatre: Elmer Gantry (book). Film screenplays: The Package (1989). Member of Circle Repertory Company, New York where he wrote and directed several plays. Founded Circle West, Los Angeles. Died December 20, 2006 at age 77.
