R. ANDREW BOOSE is a partner in the New York office of the law firm of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP and has been counsel to the American Theatre Wing for approximately eight years. His primary areas of practice are entertainment, intellectual property and corporate/ commercial law. His intellectual property and entertainment practice includes publishing, live theater, film, television, popular and classic music and fine art. He is counsel to United States and foreign companies, estates and trusts owning significant literary, theatrical and music catalogs; music publishing and film companies and literary and dramatic agencies; writers, composers, artists and musicians; and the heirs of deceased authors, playwrights and composers. Prior to joining Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in 2003, Mr. Boose was the managing partner of the firm of Kay Collyer & Boose LLP. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and the Yale Law School. Mr. Boose has been counsel to the Wing for approximately 14 years.
